I wonder if the obesity epidemic and the incredible increase in Type 2 diabetes has anything to do with this? As you probably know, diabetes interferes with blood flow to extremities and private parts would be considered extremities.

Decreased blood flow to one's private parts would interfere with sexual expression, regardless of your gender.
