DINOs are Conservatives. RINOs are Liberals. That’s the difference. A liberal RINO becoming a rodent is just a rodent.

A Democrat In Name Only could really assist his republican party by voting for their number 2 pole runner in the Democratic Primary and changing who the Democrats would have to run against us in the General election.

Also, we need the conservatives choosing the Republican Primary winner.

I would say no, that’s dishonest, but politics is built on dishonesty. It happens the other way all the time(Specter, Giuliani, and Bloomberg all became Rs)so I don’t see why not.

They're just scum. Liberals in elephant drag.

After long consideration in my Mississippi Primary, I decided I could do more good for my Republican Party by voting Democrat ... and weeding out some very bad candidates.

It depends on your state voting laws. In Texas, for instance, voters in the primary elections aren't considered linked to one party, BUT, if you vote for a Democrat in the primary election, then you are required to vote for the Democrat presidential candidate in the general election.

No so in Mississippi. The General Election Ballot give you the choice between both parties.

You are expected to vote for your party’s candidate, but it isn’t required. And... with so many local offices having only democrats, alot of people do just what I’m suggesting.

Dang! You figured out my secret!

I have been at this for a while.

I remember seeing the shocked look on peoples faces during the ‘Toon era when I said: “I might be a registered Democrat but I think what he is doing to our national security is TREASON!!”

Let me slip into something more comfortable. I have this nice fire suit here in the corner...

I don't care what we do! Just as long as we get rid of the stinkin' RINOS.

Oh, yeah I forgot to mention.

I made these lovely signs: “Democrats for Dole”.

Talk about being avoided by the press.

They’d quickly go around the block to not get to close to me...

Who says you have to be conservative to be a true Republican? Or liberal to be a true democrat? There are SO many issues and SO many nuances. And....how do you define conservative and liberal? Think about it and not all of the Repub issues are really conservative.

Finally, if ultraconservatives pick our nominee, that pretty much guarantees that Democrats will win...unless the ultraliberals pick THEIR nominee.

Well if the democrats can do it to us... then we're invited to the game.

But... I'd like to go RINO shootin' also.

Yeah it is fun. With a mouth as big as mine I throw it around a lot. And I always pick the candidate that I know has no chance of winning in the hopes that the DNC will allocate their resources incorrectly.

You could do more than I have done. I have gotten on all the MoveOn.org email lists and whatnot. They call me and let me know what they are doing. I should post this info on FR, but I have never done this.

If we get a DINO vote going in the primary, the Democrats might not support their General Election Candidate. But DINOs can't waste their vote on a third or fourth place runner.

I think it'll only work if DINOs vote for the second place runner.

When someone asked you if you've ever voted for a democrat, you can surprise them with a candidate's name that you voted for(in the primary).

You don't have to tell them about the General Election.

A number of years ago, two Lyndon LaRouche delegates got elected in Ohio. The DNC refused to seat them at the convention. Interestingly enough, the DNC attorneys used the same argument as the segregationists — the Voting Rights Act didn’t apply to them.
