Warner - RHINO-VA. He will be replaced, eventually, by his towel-boy Rep. Tom Davis who, until he threw our troops under the bus, was MY rep. They worked out a deal for Davis to run for Warner's seat after he retires. I think they communicated the deal via foot signals in adjoining bathroom stalls
Warner is, has always been, a RHINO. Davis USED to be a good Conservative.
