Hmmmm! I had not heard that. The fact is that Hillary has not yet said what the penalty would be. It could well be worse than losing the standard deduction. That has to be clarified by HRC. If she ducks that question she should be hounded into the ground over it.
I remember Rush talking about it those years ago. It was ironic that it was reported by a lib female in New Republic, a lib magazine. She was one of the first to read the whole thing.
