The Islamist Fifth Column In America
IBD ^ | September 21, 2007

Posted on 09/21/2007 6:38:57 PM PDT by Kaslin

Homeland Security: We've warned for years that an Islamist underground exists in this country, secretly working to take over the U.S. Now the mainstream media is waking up to the threat.

Yes, theirs is an ambitious plan. But the enemy lurking within is assiduous, patient and well-organized. We are only now starting to see its tentacles, thanks to a landmark federal terror-financing case under way in Dallas.

News about the secret Islamist plot against the U.S. is starting to trickle out from the few media covering the trial against the Holy Land Foundation, the largest Muslim charity in America.

It hasn't made the politically correct evening news yet. But the Associated Press has dared to quote from the chilling courtroom exhibits, and now the Dallas Morning News has weighed in with a lengthy feature story.

Can’t we have laws preventing Muslims from taking any of those offices? Unfortunately, probably can’t because of the Constitution.

“The Islamist underground in America is following the plan of the American liberals. First the schools, then the judges, then use the ACLU for every bit of assistance they can offer in incrementally ebbing away at the constitution.
Get Muslim people elected. Get Muslim judges appointed. Get Muslim teachers and sympathetic liberals to push for rights and privileges that would never be allowed to Christians.

Demand time set aside for prayer. Demand foot baths. Demand, demand, demand. Complain, complain, sue, sue, sue! use the constitution against itself.

Before the population knows it Islam and Sharia law will be sharing the bench, the board of education and the media.”

Bears repeating bump........

You’ve nailed it!

The Islamist underground in America is following the plan of the American liberals...

Before the population knows it Islam and Sharia law will be sharing the bench, the board of education and the media.

The Islamist extremist are fascists and will follow the fascist game plan. They will cry "we are victims" all the while they will strike visciously. And, if those idiots want America under sharia law, it will result in them becoming the new infidels ... America will be able to use nukes because "it is the will of Allah".

because of the Constitution

Not a problem.

The Constitution says whatever the POTUS and SCOTUS say it does.

Once the first nuke or nerve gas bomb goes off in the homeland you will be surprised what the Constitution will allow.

All we need is enforcement of immigration laws, and the exclusion of those holding anti-American ideologies, along with revoking the naturalization of those who in any way support terrorism.

For U.S. Muslim Law Students, Knowledge Is Power
by William Fisher

NEW YORK - His name is Junaid Ahmad. He is 24 years old. And he is among a rapidly increasing number of first generation Muslim-Americans who have decided to pursue careers in the law.

Ahmad, who was born in Chicago, Illinois after his parents emigrated to the United States from Pakistan in 1973, is a second-year student at William and Mary Law School in Williamsburg, Virginia. He told IPS he chose the law over more traditional first-generation U.S. citizens’ choices — medicine, science and engineering — because he cares deeply about human rights and civil liberties.

When he graduates from law school in 2008, he hopes to join the legal staff of an international human rights organisation, and also do some teaching.

Ahmad says he is “worried about the politics of fear” that the administration of Pres. George W. Bush has encouraged since the terrorists attacks of Sep. 11, 2001. He adds that, “Many Muslims in America are being routinely harassed and stereotyped and might feel more comfortable with lawyers who understood their language, culture and customs.”

Introduction

The Commonwealth Legal Association( CLEA) and the United Kingdom Centre for Legal Education ( UKCLE) are working jointly on an Islamic Law Curriculum Development Project which will include a ‘model’ curriculum, core materials and assessments. The aim is to produce curricula and materials in a range of areas which can be adapted for use in various jurisdictions for academic courses and as training materials for a range of stakeholders including the public sector, NGOs and legal practitioners. The first workshop of the project was held on 1-2 December 2006 in Coventry.

Background

In recent years, Islamic law has evoked a lot of interest, both academically as well as in the present global political arena. In non-Muslim jurisdictions of Europe, North America (the US and Canada) and in Australia, an increasing number of Muslims are engaging with the law and both Muslim and non-Muslim alike, are eager for information and knowledge on Islamic law. Within the Commonwealth, Law Schools cater to needs of diverse multi-ethnic and multi-religious populations and hence require access to materials and ideas that reflect the range and diversity within the Islamic legal tradition. This is especially true in countries such as Malaysia, Nigeria, Indonesia and Pakistan.

“Demand, demand, demand. Complain, complain, sue, sue, sue!”

They know that we will respond with: give in, give in, give in. Don’t blame the Muslims, blame our spineless politicians.

When the Mormons starting causing trouble by practicing widespread polygamy we found a way to deal with it. We can figure out a way to deal with the Muslim problem if we have the will. I hope and pray that we find the will before they inflict too much damage.

The Role Of Islamic Groups in the Political Reform Process E-mail
Print
Monday, December 08, 2003

Kuwait, December 6-8, 2003

Introduction
The conference was convened by the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace and Dar Al Watan, a leading Kuwaiti publisher of newspapers and magazines, including the Arabic edition of Foreign Policy. Participants included Islamic activists and intellectuals from Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Tunisia, and Iraq as well as scholars and policy-makers from the United States and Europe. Middle East participants included Muslim Brothers, Shiite clerics and members of Salafist and jihadist organizations. All, including the jihadists, rejected violence; most professed support for democratic principles. All were deeply suspicious of the United States and its policies in the Middle East, but expressed interest in continuing the dialogue.

This synopsis highlights the views of the Islamist participants on a number of fundamental issues.

Views on Political Reform and Democracy
Reform. Participants agreed that Arab countries urgently need far-reaching political reform, but argued that only reforms rooted in Islam can succeed.

In other words, nothing changes.

“ISLAM IN AMERICA”
Report
The Harvesters World Outreach/Nejat TV
April 2007

“If we ever forget that we’re One
Nation Under God, then we will be a
nation gone under.”
— Ronald Reagan

“Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last
Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been
forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor
acknowledge the religion of Truth, (even if they
are) of the People of the Book, until they pay the
Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves
subdued.”
–The Qur’an, Sura 9:29

A 2001 survey by CAIR found that 69% of Muslims in America think it is “absolutely
fundamental” or “very important” to have Wahhabi teachings in their mosques.
Infiltration, Sperry, 2005, p. 79

Islam’s Intended Domination of America
Muslims have been very active inside the U.S. for many years in propagating Islam, and since
9/11 have capitalized on attention on the Muslim world to “educate” Americans about the faith
and press American freedoms to their advantage. Muslims are working hard to obtain positions
in public and political life to promote an Islamist agenda and undermine the system from
within. http://www.militantislammonitor.org/article/id/2729, 2/07
Following are quotes from Muslims themselves living in America showing their intended
domination of the land:
• Sheik Yusuf Qaradawi, 1995: “America will not be conquered by the sword - but by
da’wa.”
http://desmoinesregister.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20070218/NEWS/702180337/-1/SPORTS12, 2/07
• Siraj Wahhaj (character witness for Sheikh Omar Abdel Rahman who was indicted for
conspiracy to overthrow the U.S. government), 1992: “If we were united and strong, we’d
elect our own emir [leader] and give allegiance to him...take my word, if 6-8 million
Muslims unite in America, the country will come to us.”
• Isma’il Al-Faruqi (former teacher at Temple University): “Nothing could be greater than
this youthful, vigorous, and rich continent [of North America] turning away from its past
evil and marching forward under the banner of Allahu Akbar [Allah is great].
• Ahmad Nawfal (leader of the Jordanian Muslim Brethren), 1989: “[The United States] has
no doctrine and no ideology, no thought, no values and no ideals...[if Islamists] stand up
with the ideology that we possess, it will be very easy for us to preside over this world
once again.”
• Shamim A. Siddiqi, (influential commentator on American Muslim issues), 1989: To permit
Islam to attain its rightful place requires that the “ideology of Islam prevail over the mental
horizon of the American people.” Muslims eventually “will be able to create a strong
lobby in Washington for the promotion of Islam and its cause in this country as well as
elsewhere in the world.”
Militant Islam Reaches America, Pipes, 2003, p. 112-114, 122
• Sami al-Arian (former University of South Florida professor), 1995: “We are in the center
which leads the conspiracy against our Islamic world...Therefore, we have the capability to
establish a Center for Studies, Intelligence, and Information...Members of the Group
should be able to infiltrate the sensitive intelligence agencies or the embassies in order
to collect information and build close relationships with the people in charge in these
establishments.”
Jihad Incorporated, A Guide to Militant Islam in the U.S., Emerson, 2006, p. 309

The source may suck, but the article gives insight into the minds of the Islamic law students.
