I have twin girls that are now 27. I wondered why we were having twins since it interfered with our plans of having one child and moving to a larger house and then having a second child. When they were born 6 weeks early, they were fine but I almost bled to death and ended up having a hysterectomy that same day. Needless to say, I understood why God had blessed us with twins and to this day they are still the joy of my life. Child care, clothes, shoes, etc., do involve more expense with twins than with a “singleton”, but the blessings they bring more than make up for it. BTW, we still got to move into that larger house when the twins were six years old.

I had a 2 year old kid when I had my twin daughters, and then my twins almost died of a respiratory virus.

Naseau wasn’t a big deal in the pregnancy as compared to being on complete bedrest while having a 2 year old. We had to put my son into daycare which was very difficult because I had to quit working so I could be a stay at home mom.

I hear you. My twin girls are 10. I cried when I found out I was having twins.

One of them has brain damage from an illness at 6 weeks, but my little girls are just wonderful and a real blessing.

God knew what he was doing when he put them in our family.

From what I understand, if you deny it to lesbians, you are subject to discrimination laws.
