COUNTY CLERKS REBEL VS. SPITZER ID PLAN (won't issue drivers' licenses to illegals)
NY POST ^ | October 5, 2007 | KENNETH LOVETT in Albany and ANDY SOLTIS in N.Y.

Posted on 10/05/2007 4:25:38 AM PDT by Liz

NY state's county clerks revolted against Gov. Spitzer's plan to allow illegal immigrants to obtain state driver's licenses - some vowed not to carry it out if ordered to do so. The clerks said Spitzer's plan would make NY a magnet for illegal immigrants, raise security concerns, and create "confusion" about state-issued licenses and non-driver IDs at voting booths, in government offices and elsewhere.

The clerks said Spitzer's plan would create "confusion" about state-issued licenses and non-driver IDs at voting booths..........

Precisely why Spitler wants it. Sucking up to illegals is one way ol' Spitler can get the votes he desperately needs to climb the political ladder.

It's becoming clearer and clearer that over-ambitious politicians----like Spitler and Giuliani----are attempting to saturate the US political system with irrational Mideast-type thinking.

Cuckoos like Giulaini and Spitler dance to the same piper----they are obsessed with tearing down the US political establishment to advance themselves.

This is a very dirty game played by remorseless people.

This is the same Spitzer that proposed placing a serial number on every bullet and registering the owners so they could be tracked in a crime.

Citizen gun owners: you are dangerous and need to be tracked

Illegal Immigrants: have a driver license and don’t forget to vote!

And still no comment from Bush or Chertoff about this national security threat.

This runs against Bush’s ‘we are fighting them over there so we don’t have to fight them here’ mantra. But then, Bush’s position on illegal aliens has always been 180 degrees out of phase with his WOT public posture.

Will they still come to Florida in the fall and vote twice?

Ah, yes, we remember it well. A reminder of the neo-blanks playing "We gotcha by the gonads, Mr Bush."

" I'll give illegal immigrants driver licenses and unlimited govt freebies.
And I'll hire tax-paid chauffeurs to take them to the polls to vote for me."

"I'll take your guns, US citizens. You are dangerous and need to be tracked, prosecuted and incarcerated for exercising your 2nd Amendment rights. "

QUISLING: a synonym for traitor, someone who collaborates with the invaders of his country.

Current federal law 8USC 1373(a) PROHIBITS SANCTUARY CITIES. It reads as follows:

"Notwithstanding any other provision of federal, state, or local law, a federal, state, or local government entity or official may not prohibit, or in any way restrict any government entity or official from sending to, or receiving from, the Immigration and Naturalization Service information regarding the citizenship or immigration status, lawful or unlawful, of any individual."

U.S. Constitution, Article 4 Section 4:

"The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government,

and shall protect each of them against Invasion;"

Invasion: \In*va"sion\, n. [L. invasio: cf. F. invasion. See Invade.] [1913 Webster]

1. The act of invading; the act of encroaching upon the rights or possessions of another; encroachment; trespass.

The neo-blank pipers are playing that insistent 911-WOT beat. The pols dance to it.........or else.

Man, look at Spitzer and Giuliani wiggling to the rhythm.

If the pols keep shaking their booty like that, they could even win the Dancing With the Stars competition. ROTFLMSO.

Spitzer has opened himself up to several charges taxpayers may want to pursue.

=================================================

EXHIBIT ONE Gov Spitler is failing to act as required when receiving complaints of known incidences of illegal wrongdoing, and by failing to follow government-mandated regulatory reviews.

This is a violation of Penal Law .135.60 COERCION IN THE SECOND DEGREE (a Class A misdemeanor) (covers public officials).

PENAL LAW 135.60 (Committed on or after September 1, 1967) is Coercion in the Second Degree. When an individual uses or abuses his/her position as a public servant by performing some act within or related to his or her official duties, or by failing or refusing to perform an official duty, in such manner as to affect some person adversely. Perform any (other) act which would not in itself materially benefit1the actor but which is calculated to harm another person materially with respect to his or her health, safety, business, calling, career, financial condition, reputation or personal relationships. The term(s), ("crime"), ("public servant") used in this definition has its own special meaning in our law.

=====================================

EXHIBIT TWO If elected state officials, under oath of office, are aiding and abetting illegals to break US laws, to use phony documents at municipal agencies like the DMV (and if Spitler took campaign contributions from said illegals, and in the process, deliberately ignored US laws in exchange for campaign contributions), this could be characterized as extortion, and/or bribery, and a violation of The Hobbs Act.

SOURCE October 1997 Criminal Resource Manual 2403 http://www.usdoj.gov/usao/eousa/foia_reading_room/usam/

===============================================

EXHIBIT THREE During Spitler's 1998 AG campaign, he indignantly denied allegations by his GOP opponent, Dennis Vacco (a top-notch pro-life conservative), that Spitler's wealthy father had provided millions in loans to his AG campaign.

Candidate Spitzer insisted he was using only his own money (family members are limited by law to $110,000 in total contributions) and accused Vacco of "smearing" his father.

Not until he'd actually taken office did Spitzer admit that Dennis Vacco had been correct, after all. In fact, it turned out Spitzer, despite earlier denials, had done the exact same thing during his unsuccessful 1994 run for AG.

NOTE WELL: Now how did the loving Spitzer family convert all that money to sonny's election? The altruistic Spitzer family runs a "do-good foundation." The IRS has noted that some foundations are prime money laundering vehicles that use phony accounting and fake line items like "LEGAL, CONSULTING AND ADMIN FEES" that are tax evasion schemes. Some foundations also put ghost employees on the payroll to skim off monies.

==============================================

EXHIBIT FOUR Many states mandate that public officials be bonded (to indemnify taxpayers against government fraud). The acts outlined above would seriously impair Spitzer's ability to be bonded.

TO REPORT:
(1) NY (as in every state) should have an Insurance Fraud Unit.
(2) The NY State AG's office should have an Insurance Fraud Prosecutor.

Would states be allowed to “de recognize” a NYstate DL?

Imagine if the TSA issues a directive to NOT accept NY IDs? All those over moused NYC reporters might be mistaken for illegal aliens.

Sorry, Liz, but I’m being dense this morning.

I don’t know what neo-blank is supposed to mean, and if you’re calling me one, whatever it is, and if that’s a bad thing or not.

On Lou Dobbs I saw a fake Matricula Consular (ID for illegal Mexicans here) with Spitzer’s picture and name. Does anyone have an image of that ID?
