If there’s any truth to facial shape and behavior, this guy has it all. Weak to no chin and wide set eyes and all round creepy looking. For some reason I’m thinking French decent but who knows. Surely there’s more than what INTERPOL is releasing. The guy must have money to be able to travel and partake in such activities. He must also have a passport and visas to enter various countries. Of course he might use more than one identity and again that means $$$. He’s also flaunting his activites and perhaps wants to get caught if he’s all over the internet. One would think that INTERPOL could trace the pictures back to some address and get passenger lists.

He looks like a college professor to me.
I like to speculate too. He does indeed have a French looking profile, but I'm guessing Poland, for some reason. He looks just a little more East to me.
