If I were rush I would sue them for Liabel (that is written right?) or is it slander? SERIOUSLY?

The Congress is immune from such charges for actions in the halls of Congress. Rush is not permitted to say those same things even when true if he were invited to speak in the halls of Congress.

Some animals are more equal than others.

BUT if Harry were to go on Rush’s radio show, he would be subject to libel/slander laws.

Slander is the spoken version, libel is written. I know because someone tried to sue me for both ($2 million) for BEATING them on the Judge Joe Brown TV show. They lost on the show but then sued, so it cost me $50K to fight the suit.

Senators have absolute immunity for whatever they say on the Senate floor.
