Here it is in a nutshell: Why conservatives should get behind Fred Thompson.
To: 2ndDivisionVet
DING DING DING DING DING DING DING DING DING DING DING DING!
NO more calls, please.
We have a winner!
It's either Thompson or Duncan Hunter.
I don't think Hunter has the savvy to withstand the Hildebeast--I know he is great on all his policies, but I haven't seen him take cheap shots and turn them around on his attackers, (e.g. Thompson's line "That's YOUR opinion, Chris" from the debate.)
Cheers!

Good report.
Should Fred make it to the white house he will be in for the battle of his life. The beltway will fight him at every turn.
On the upside, perhaps Fred can keep the business as usual crowd from running rough shod over our freedom.

He's old. He get's tired. He's lazy. He's no Reagan. Just an actor, no fire in the belly, the staff turnovers, the uhs, the Guccis, the lobbying, more uhs, the too-late entrance, needs a new suit, the ups and downs of his campaign, blah, blah, blah.
The left is afraid. As in very afraid.
They had no idea there was a "new plan."
Hildabeast is "displeased."

Fred Thompson, a conservative with core values, should easily defeat any of those Democrat power-seekers. I eagerly anticipate next year’s debates.

Inspiring prose! I see better now how Fred will sweep to stunning victory. October 21 will be the big splash

Strong federalism, based on the proposition that not all solutions are found in Washington, DC.But they can be found in our local and state governments?
That's a great campaign slogan: "Vote for Fred! He doesn't have all the solutions!"

It comes down to this for me.
I Trust Fred!

Here is one Conservative that has been behind him since the first rumors of his running became news. I am more solidly in his corner now.

To reverse this situation we must reassess our national priorities and face the truth about what it will take to defend this country."If I wasn't already in Fred's corner this one line alone would cause me to vote for him
