Right now, the world has the lowest allocation of their money in the US market in modern history. Also, Americans have their highest allocation in International, in history of modern econ.
When this folly is exposed, the US market is going to go up in value, dramatically.

I too watch the TIC reports carefully. My gauge is three consecutive negative reports, then long term rates explode to the upside and this credit cycle is history.

I agree with Professional, buy the Euro etc. now, short it in a few years. When the carpet is pulled, a lot of foreign House of Cards will fall.
