It’s stupid, but laws against it (like we have in some towns here in GA) are stupider.
Why can't a community define its own standards of decency? Should Macon, GA permit the kinds of pornographic displays tolerated in S.F. "pride" parades? Showing underwear under one's pants is indecent, and I fully support laws and hefty fines to stamp it out, if that's what the community wants.
