I agree. Too often Republicans are so intent on “making nice” and trying to get Democrats to like them that they miss easy opportunities to defend against the lies thrown at them by liberals and their willing accomplices in the MSM. Furthermore, they often act as if being on the offense in promoting conservative values is anathema to them. In sports a player or a team can’t win by simply being in the game. But Republicans too often think this is the case.
