Democrats

Hillary Clinton Says Iran is a threat and cannot be allowed to acquire nuclear weapons, but also says no military action can be taken without authorization from Congress. Says tougher sanctions will strengthen diplomatic efforts, and supports direct negotiations. Voted for Senate resolution declaring Iran's Revolutionary Guard a terrorist group...

Barack Obama Supports sanctions if they are not linked to any possible attack on Iran or to keeping troops in Iraq. Prefers diplomacy, but does not rule out military action. Says he would have voted against Revolutionary Guard resolution because it could lead to military action...

Does Iran need 3000+ centrifuges to build firecrackers or to build "the bomb"? Would it give said bomb to Hezbollah? It has given much conventional military and financial aid to Hezbollah.

Did Bill Clinton get authorization from Congress to bomb Serbia? Does Hillary think that Bill Clinton's bombing of Serbia needed prior authorization from Congress? Does she think it was an illegal attack on a sovereign nation?

Some liberals say that one man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter. If so, then liberals must also say that one man's sovereign nation is another man's terrorist sponsoring nation; And how can Iran be a sovereign nation if the nation is goverened through a dictatorship and the people themselves aren't sovereign?

Enough with the diplomacy already. You can’t negotiate with people who want to kill you. Negotiation is for sane governments run by sane people. Ahmanutjob is not a sane person. To deal with Iran and their nuke aspirations, break out the MOABs.

Barack Obama Supports sanctions if they are not linked to any possible attack ...

Well, of course rule out any use of force, so as to make the sanctions totally toothless.

how could they not work otherwise?

You're right. The left has this perception that diplomacy is sitting down and discussing things rationally. Which is totally wrong. Diplomacy that's not backed up by a credible threat is worthless. In fact, it's less than worthless because it makes the side making diplomatic overtures appear weak and foolish.

Hillary urged Klinton to bomb the Serbs, according to Gail Sheey's book on the beotch

Phillips then got to what should have been played as the book’s biggest revelation: "Sheehy says the silence wasn’t broken until March of this year when Mrs. Clinton, traveling in Africa with daughter Chelsea, was disturbed by reports that ethnic cleansing in Kosovo was escalating. According to Sheehy, Mrs. Clinton made series of phone calls urging her husband to take action and bomb." Sheehy: "She said now we cannot allow this at the end of a century that has had the Holocaust. Bite the bullet Bill Clinton." Phillips approvingly replied: "Hillary the fighter." Sheehy agreed: "Hillary the fighter." Phillips: "Sheehy says the next day President Clinton announced he was recommending a bombing campaign."

Author: Hillary Convinced Bill to Bomb Serbia

Radio Host Michael Savage Savages the Author of a Flattering Hillary Clinton Biography

PHOENIX, June 12 - Remember the cover story "Madeleine's War" from a May 1999 TIME magazine edition? (see S99-81, Day 55, Update 1 - Special TiM GW Bulletins (May 17, 1999). As you may recall, a popular opinion at the time was Madeleine Albright was the person the most responsible for the bombing of Serbia four years ago. Well, think again. Without trying to exonerate or excuse Clinton's war-mongering secretary of state whose Serbo-phobia has been well documented and demonstrated [see "Da Bull" (1997), for example], we want you to know that there may have been another woman who deserves at least part of the credit - Hillary Clinton.

The avalanche of publicity brought on by Hillary Clinton's new book, released this week, also washed up in our e-mail tray a message from a reader referencing an old interview that has suddenly become very topical. Michael Savage, a national radio host, interviewed Gail Sheehy, author of a flattering Hillary biography, on December 18, 1999. Sheehy claimed in her book that it was Hillary, not "Madam Halfbright," who convinced Bill to bomb Serbia. So Savage took the author to task over that and the bogus "intelligence" upon which this bombing was "justified" to the American public.

[If this also brings to mind the Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) "intelligence" that George W. Bush used to justify his devastation of yet another country, we won't be surprised].

I think the other person who should be Jim Carrey's counterpart is the chief antagonist who makes statements such as:

"Just like the Germans, no Bosnian Serb ever saw any of the crimes perpetrated in their midst.

And like the Germans, their visions of ethnic supremacy have been turned to ashes."

Nice to see that the chief antagonist isn't around lately. ;-)
