Irish get the Red Hair from the Vikings. Think Eric the Red.

It's not surprising that the Neanderthals living the same region would have the same skin tone and hair color. Those are adaptations to the high latitudes and lake of sunshine. If anything conditions were even worse in that way, in the times of the Neanderthals.
