Either President Bush is deranged or he carries a heck of a grudge against the American people.
He wants to pay Mexico for legalizing the drugs America’s police forces are dying to stop.
Mexico’s president did not sign that bill, even though it was his idea in the first place. He caved into U.S. pressure and refused to sign it. Mexico has not legalized possession of even small amounts drugs.
