She isn't saying she's supporting the plan, but rather supporting the governor. Parsing further, she is only supporting governors LIKE Spitzer. The statement is filled with weasel words. After all, she is a Clinton.
Anybody who's thinking of voting for this snake has to wonder if his/her English is good enough to understand any speech or policy given by President Ho She Marks Is Is.
