Back around 2000 in one state, RAT controlled natch, a state Rat congress-critter proposed a new state
'Tax-Tax'. I'm series.
He complained that in processing the State Income Tax Returns the state was losing money so you should be taxed for filling out and filing your tax return. It would the last line on the state return and you'd be taxed a certain percent on the taxes you already owed to cover the processing cost.
This moronic idea went nowhere. But just the thought that someone would come up with a Tax-Tax shows how nuts -- and greedy -- these RATS are.
