Drudge headline: THICK BLACK SMOKE OVER LONDON.... DEVELOPING...
Fox News reports a giant blaze in an East London building. The TV image shows a huge plume of smoke reminiscent of the WTC on 9/11. The trailer at the bottom of the screen says, "Terrorism not suspected."

According to Sky News it seems to be near a bus depot- might be diesel fuel burning. At this point they’re ruling out terrorism.

How in hell do they know so fast? That's the question I always ask. The first official words are always "This is not terror-related". It bugs me -- I understand they want to avoid public panic, but it makes me distrust government announcements.
