Saw that it was great put down on Colmes. I can’t stand the Colmes because he interrupts his opponents to the point where you can’t hear what they say. Novak acted like his father slapping him down intellectually of course.

Sounds a lot like Hannity. I guess that's why they're "partners".

'Rat tactic--the more you interrupt, the more you make your opponent look either incoherent or failing that, the more you can obfuscate his message. The idea is not to interview, but to discredit. Novak skillfully handled every bit of it, and I wish he would give "interview" lessons to other conservatives, because most of them haven't a clue how to deal with these tactics.
