I am not the guy who found it ~ a USPS top level operations analyst did ~ he asked the question "why such a peculiar address format", structured a search with the correct Boolean commands in it, and found the THREE ADDRESS formatted exactly that way in a newsletter on a website as identified.
Interesting, eh?!
FBI has known that little deal since the beginning of the entire investigation.
Top level USPS operations analyst have had the entire structure figured out for 6 years. The FBI ignored 100% of what the analysts told them in favor of some BS concocted by an FBI agent who worked as a PTF on 2nd Tour at a small MPC for 6 months.
The principals at the FBI had no interest in solving the Anthrax case fearing the war-time/war-victims liability due the 800,000 USPS employees who were potentially harmed.
“FBI agent who worked as a PTF on 2nd Tour at a small MPC for 6 months.”
What does PTF mean?
What does MPC mean?
What BS did the PTF at a MPC he concoct?
I find it interesting if it were verifiable as true. I’m heartened that you say someone found it in an official capacity but disappointed it appears to be secondhand. It would be even more interesting if Richard Smith independent found it to be true at the time. I have looked at the website and am not seeing it.
Separately, how does your claim as to the location and timing of the mailing begin to square with the spores found at the mailbox at 10 Nassau Street in Princeton? (Not in terms of mail flow, but in terms of the spores found in that box). Also, given there was a big difference in potency, why don’t you credit there were two mailings — with return addresses only on the second mailings).
