Iraq: Sisters behead uncle and aunt in front of their children - because he wore Western-style trousers

An Iraqi couple were beheaded in front of their children by their cousins because the man wore Western-style trousers.
Three suspected al Qaeda militants, including two sisters, beheaded their uncle and his wife, forcing the couple's children to watch, according to Iraqi police.
The killing came because the school guard Youssef al-Hayali was considered an infidel because he did not pray and wore western-style trousers.
The militants, later arrested in Diyala province northwest of Baghdad, killed Hayali and his wife Zeinab Kamel at the all-boys school in Jalawlah.
Sunni Arab communities across Iraq have been turning against al Qaeda because of its indiscriminate killings and strict interpretation of Islam, which includes a ban on smoking in public and forcing schoolgirls to wear veils.
Sunni Arab tribal sheikhs have been organising their young men into neighbourhood police units to drive out al Qaeda, a practice which U.S. and Iraqi officials say has helped bring down violence levels across Iraq.
The U.S. military said earlier in November that it was sending 3,000 soldiers home from the province but added that the overall number of forces in the province would not decrease.
The United States poured an extra 30,000 troops into Iraq from mid-February in a bid to stop the country from sliding into civil war.
U.S. and Iraqi officials say the troop "surge" and more efficient Iraqi security forces have also helped bring about sharp falls in U.S. military and Iraqi civilian casualties in the past two months.

The report doesn't explain why the sisters decapitated their aunt. Was she guilty of washing and pressing her husband's western style trousers?

I am guessing, but I think that a bit of digging will uncover another reason or reasons for this.
They may have used Islam as a pretext for the killings, but I think that property or money is involved here somewhere.
Men might do it for jihad and allah alone, but women are more practical.
These people are cavemen.

This really says it all......the surge is working, al qaeda is going to get more violent in order to terrify the masses.
This is what I have observed:
When the U.S. media reports a crime of rage
committed by a young 20ish male and leaves
out the name, the perp is often a Muslim.
When the U.S. media reports a beheading for
the offense of being too “western”, the victim
is often a Christian.
Yikes!
At least they were actually arrested.
Regarding forcing the kids to watch um the perps may become victims themselves one day via the kids.

Well, they didn’t put panties over their heads or scare them with dogs, so chopping heads off is just a fine example of cultural diversity, tolerance, and ...um, tolerant diversity.

Makes one ponder how amazing it is that we are bringing that country to some semblance of normal civilization.
Sick is the word for it. I don’t want any of these kind of people coming into this country. I just can’t understand why they couldn’t kill in a more normal fashion if they had to kill.... I hope they behead these monsters too. I have trouble understanding how one just gets beheaded without trying to put up a big fight...You come near me with any sharp object I am going to do my best to get you 1st. I don’t even think “cavemen” were this barbaric. They probably didn’t kill just for wearing the wrong pants. They would have killed for food.
Yet CAIR cries crocodile tears when somebody they don’t like is invited to speak at a university.
Islam is deceit.
How did two sisters hold down a grown man to cut his head off while the aunt and children watched? Whats wrong with this picture?
