It would seem that at least in GA, (and almost everywhere else )there are two sets of rules.

Talk amongst yourselves while I go perform some ablutions.

There is certainly is a problem with bad cops.

But the police psychologist is wrong to say

Getting a DUI doesn’t require having a drinking problem these days with low limits and the lack of common sense involved.
