There is not a jury in the entire state of Mississippi that hasn’t already been bought off by Scruggs; they will play hell making any charges stick.

They have an iron clad case... FBI wiretaps... fund transfers and the Judge turned States Evidence against scruggs. The Judge took 40G’s from dickie and the FBI deal offered to him.
