Two US Army Veterinarians have already died in Iraq trying to help the local people. The Civil Affairs component of the Army is trying hard to get the local camel and goat herders up to standards with the veterinary medicine of the 21st Century but as with the other aspects of those that practice the ROP it is met with resistance and indifference.

I think many of these clowns have inbred terminal stupidity. I wouldn’t mind putting the ROP in permanent quarantine.
