It is not too great of a philosophical leap to go from spiking trees, cutting brake lines on logging trucks, slashing the faces of women wearing wearing fur, and imposing “breeding limits” to lining people up in death camps.

The great genocides of the last century had some damm petty jutisfications when you come right down to it: racial purity, needs of the revolution, tribal differences, bringing the world one step closer to “true communism”, that sort of thing. “Saving the Planet” has a pretty lofty and important ring to it, don’t you think?

Well sure, killing all the people to save the planet would seem rational to an eco-nut. That’s why I think it’s conceivable.

What if the eco-bomber made a bio weapon instead of letter bombs? Much bigger bang for the buck.
