Once again the do nothing dummies play fast and loose with the Constitution. No agency heads to oversee elections during a major election cycle brough on by a party with a track record of voter fraud, campaign finance violations, and the largest violations in US history (Kerry's 04 campaign). I'm shocked.

Bush should appoint them with an Executive Order.

It won’t make any difference if the FEC is unable to oversee the election. They never do anything until the election (and the cheating) is over. Then they fine violators afterward. Once the election is past, a new president will appoint new people to the FEC and the fines will be a little later than usual. So?

FEC is useless so they might as well hold their ground.

They should let it die and then replace it with a new commision:

The claims against Hans von Spakovsky upon which the left relies to block his nomination are all absolute partisan lies.

The FEC has allowed Hillary to get away with the greatest campaign finance fraud in history.
