No foreigner has a right to enter the United States.
The government should have no obligation to refuse entry unless refusing entry conflicts with laws passed by our Congress.

A setback to the ACLU. The federal government has settled power to bar the entry of aliens into the United States for any reason or for no reason at all. Foreigners do not have a right to enter our country. They have a privilege and that privilege can be revoked if the national interest requires it.

"The court recognizes the limits on its authority in this case. The question of admissibility of aliens is a political question, a question which is best left to the legislative and executive branches," he said.Holy crap! This is from a federal judge? Hell hasn't frozen over but it must at least be a few degrees cooler.

“...and had contributed funds to Hamas.”
This can’t be the reason. Our leftist Secretary of State has us giving billions to Hamas. Doesn’t the judge know that by denying entry to the man he is causing images of Jim Crow to rise up in Condi’s now fevered leftist mind.
However, the judge demonstrated good judgement.
