Spaghetti is just sugar. Terrible for a lot of people too.

Is there some particular kind of spaghetti that you're referring to? Sugar's not even on the list of ingredients for Safeway generic spaghetti:

Durum wheat semolina [enriched with iron (ferrous sulphate) and B vitamins (niacin, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid)]

Durum wheat semolina is starch. Starch is converted to sugar in your body. Diabetics like myself can not eat a lot of starchy foods. Bread, donuts, cakes,pies. SPAGETTI.
