Hillary Lincoln [Kathryn Jean Lopez]
AP:
Appearing on Fox, she agreed that Monday's oft-replayed display of emotion, when her voice quavered as she was asked how she dealt with the grind of the campaign, had made a difference. "Maybe I have liberated us to actually let women be human beings in public," she said. "You know, we are. Let's be that."

It’s probably subliminal. I have to think about it some more too.

President Lincoln's son William Wallace Lincoln died in the White House in 1862. Lincoln did cry considerably about that.
That hardly seems comparable though.

Very stupid title and a great insult for Lincoln. Some of these journalists try to be so smart in creating headlines and end up being stupid and not funny at all.

This
article came out during the Ellen Degeneres Tearfest. Supposedly Lincoln and other politicians of his day puncuated their speeches with tears.

I m sure those crying tactics will work with Putin, Abbas and the rest of the hard cases in the world. Maybe she can threaten tears if Al Q does not stop their terrorists activities. I know she will cry when the Pubs vote against her dumb ass, in congress, if she is elected.

In particular, showing your emotions by crying is REALLY effective when dealing with Middle East muslim extremists!!
They really shudder when they see that kind of determination and resolve!!.../s

RUSH: I mentioned before the break of the last hour that Mrs. Clinton's tears, the choked-up moment, was a little calculated -- and I believe this, using intelligence guided by experience. Nothing that happens with the Clintons is coincidence. But the night before the tearful moment, she appeared on Access Hollywood -- also part of the new strategy. She's appeared on Fox twice. She's sitting down doing interviews with people she used to give no time to whatsoever, and she was on Access Hollywood with the info babe Maria Menounos, and Menounos said, "You're not made of steel, are you? You have feelings." Now, remember: this is the night before the choked-up moment.
MRS. CLINTON: It's that difficult position that a woman candidate is in, because if you get too emotional, that undercuts you. A man can cry. We know that. Lots of our leaders have cried but, you know, a woman, that's a different kind of dynamic. You know, I may get a little passionate and carried away from the time, and maybe somebody says, "Well, you know, women shouldn't do that." Well, I disagree with that. It may take some getting used to because we haven't had a woman president, but, um, I'm confident that people are going to say, you know, "Wait a minute. I want a fighter in the White House."
RUSH: And the next day, after having set the stage the night before and sort of given away little hints here at the future, she has the choked-up moment. Been thinking about it. She was thinking about it before she did it. I wouldn't be surprised if she was rehearsed for this, or she had rehearsed. (cont.)

If there is one thing that all the 'nut-cases' in the world respect and look up to--is the kind of determination and resolve shown when you cannot even control you own emotions.
In particular, they especially respect someone who has enough spine, backbone and resolve to publicly SHOW THEIR FEMININE SIDE by crying!!! /s
