You would indeed go deaf. Seventy db’s, on a consistent basis, is enough to cause hearing loss, particularly at close range.

70 dB doesn’t have any long-term implications. However, 70 dB was measured at 30 feet. If you convert that to 1 foot (intimate distance, you might say...) she is breaking 100 dB, certainly in the hearing protection required range. Don’t forget to wear your protection!!!
