Ironically, in a strange twist, crack and pot purchases were down last quarter.

LOL! Thats Paul's supporters idea of a noble sacrifice.

Dean was the big fund raiser early in 2004, too. There is a lot of money driving the crackpot anti-American movement.

No. If big media stopped supressing the message

LOL.. I love how Paul's camp claims a 'media conspiracy', yet, he received ten times the attention of attention of the other single digit candidates.

Please, there are two ways to reach the masses: the hard way and the mass media way. At least RP's fans don't give up very easily, since they truly believe in what they're fighting for.

Give credit where credit is due. Those are pretty impressive fundraising numbers ... especially for a candidate widely perceived to be incapable of winning the nomination.

And every real conservative had to appreciate Paul stating clearly in the midst of the last GOP panderfest ... er, debate ... that it is not the job of a President to run the economy.

It’s fashionable around here to call him a “kook” ... but he is saying some things that need to be said ... putting ideas back on the political table that have not gotten this much airplay in a long time.

What this means is that everyone knows by now that there are only two candidates who can win this now, and for different reasons those two don’t need financial support to get their message out - everyone knows, that is, except the RonPaul kooks.

Thats your view.

The bottom line we a in a situation now that Socialism is more of a threat than Al-Qaeda will ever be.

AQ may destroy thousands with a bomb, while Teacher Unions and Gov’t schools continue to destroy Generations of people.

Its your pick, the Fabianist are currently winning.

Maybe the mass media is wary of dealing with Paul because so many of his supporters are nuts.

The only Ron Paul donors who are not wasting their money are those on the hildebeeste grapevine whose whisper campaign goes thus: “The NOMINATRIX already has enough money; her nomination is worthless, though, w/o a 3rd-party candidate on the right (she can’t win more than 40-something% of the vote nationally). Ergo, donations to Ron Paul might pump his war chest (and ego) so full that he won’t be able to resist running 3rd-party.”

That, my friends, is the biggest story of the year. I hope and pray that it doesn’t materialize.

As President Ross Perot and President Steve Forbes proved, if you have enough money you can win the Presidency...

“crack and pot purchases were down last quarter.”

Short term problem. You will see sales soar once all the vending machines are rolled out.

In reality, go read their forums, they are selling xboxes, playstations, and having ebay fundraisers. The big thing is to have Paul sign dollar bills and then ebay them.. some are bringing $200-

The funny thing, and the question I think will be answered after all this is over, is how much of this is going to the campaign versus their pockets? How many of these grassrooters are there because they see it almost like an MLM fundraiser? The Blimp, Limo, and other things like that were all for profit ventures.

Does anyone know where this money goes when he drops out. If he gets access to any of it, I think I might run in 2012.

Kook or not he actually seems to be a conservative and I could pull the lever for an actual conservative over the RINOs that are being foisted upon us.

Candidates can use the funds for other political activities within the same cycle or toward their own PACs as they see fit. They cannot send that money to other candidates.

Nope, Moderate Libertarian- not Conservative. The American Conservative Union rating for him in 06 (last full year reported) was 76% and OnTheIssues.org has him rated as Moderate libertarian.
