McCain was 65%.

So nutjob paul is more conservative than McCain?

This is by far, the WORST selection of repub candidates.

Gonna need a large clothespin for my nose when I vote.

A. What is he spending the money on? I see or hear no commercials.
B. Why hasn’t he, in the 20+ years he’s been a Rep., been able to enact any of his legislation through Congress?
C. At this point, almost at SuperTuesday, he still hasn’t published but one white paper on his positions.
D. Indirectly his, so called, foreign policy of non intervention would kill more Americans than roe v wade has babies.
E. He still hasn’t stated a plan to pull the troops out of Iraq like he says he will do. Other than saying he will confer with the Generals in charge, he has no organized numbers of withdrawals or time frame. What, I should just take his word that he will do the right thing?
F. He seems to be self serving with respect to precious metals, as he owns mines and property that is said to be ripe for mining.
G. By my count, he has had his name on just over 300 pieces of legislation, sponsor, co-sponsor, etc. Less than 7 have made it out of committee. Why should I believe that he would do any better as POTUS?
H. His bashing of the President is playing on the populist emotions, and it turns me off. Disagreeing with the administration’s policies is one thing, denigrating my President is quite another.

I gave him a serious look. I signed up, asked questions, and waited for answers that never came. As you can see, I still have issues.

Dr. No? I say Dr. No way!

Thanks for the info. I’m trying to get to OnTheIssues.org now but they seem to be having “issues” of their own right now and can’t be accessed.

Sadly, I agree. People in general are stupid.

Someone should take a close look at all the PayPal and credit cards donating money to these campaigns and 527's. As every webmaster knows, the assault on any login by the Chinese and Russians is incredible. It's reasonable to assume that a large number of accounts have already been cracked.

Since many people never read their monthly statements or, do not read them carefully. A $4.22 payment here and a 6.17 payment there is easy to slip through.

Or the departed Fred Thompson, who collected $8.9 million and spent $13.9 million.

Fred wasn't much of a fiscal conservative, I guess. That's not a great balance sheet.

Ironically, in a strange twist, crack and pot purchases were down last quarter.

Ah. That explains why some have them have been more vicious lately. ;-)

Based on what THEY perceived as important votes, not to mention that House bills are often loaded with other constitutional garbage that has nothing to do with the main bill.

I would vote for RP to thumb my nose at the rest of the pack, and to let the Republocrats know they need to move back to the right HARD, but McCain is in danger of taking my home state and so I must vote for the rival most likely to defeat him. I will probably vote for Huckabee, since he has the best shot at surpassing McQueeg in my state of Oklahoma.

RP should run as an independent, though, since this election and the Republican Party are in such disarray. I applaud his effort to get folks talking about core conservative issues and not who can promise the most handouts.
