Bush has held the position to close the prison facilities at GITMO and have them relocated to another military installation for some time. It's a matter of practicality and security. That's totally different than McCaine's deluded reasoning.
Adm. Mike Mullen, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff believes Gitmo should be closed. I guess that makes him a commie.
