The reason why Hillary dropped her Hispanic campaign manager is McCain has wrapped up the Hispanic vote do to his position on immigration with conservative social issues

Miami voting trends proved this in the Florida primary.

Since Hillary thought she had the Hispanic vote locked up if any other pubbie had won the nomination, she didn't count on McCain raising from the dead, like a dem voter.

That leaves the black vote is a major part of her base she has pissed off, so she puts the token black up in a position of power and throws the Hispanic under the bus.

Pure Clintionian

Obama is the one person standing between Hillary and the nomination. I wouldn't put it past the Clintons to try to "liquidate" him, as the Communists used to call it. The worst-case scenario is a Reichstag-fire gambit, where they get a mentally disturbed person to do the dirty work who can be painted as a Republican, so that the Right would be blamed for it.

Remember Bill Clinton's reaction to the Oklahoma City bombing--trying to use it to turn public anger against Rush Limbaugh and other conservatives, as supposedly inspiring the deed.

... every trope of blackness: single-parent household, born poor, working class, saxophone-playing, McDonald’s-and-junk-food-loving boy from Arkansas.”...ugly stereotypes - and from a black no less......

The only thing he leaves out is how Ron Brown ended up. I guess he just didn’t want to tackle that one...actually he wrote an entire book on the subject - called appropriately enough Ron Brown's Body (WND Books, 2004)......

Duncan Hunter is everything that the Conservatives say they want in a President, yet they failed to support him.

No they didn't (fail).

There just aren't that many voters who agreed with Hunter's positions.

The primaries have been very illuminating. "True conservatives" (trucons) are about 15% of the Republican electorate, hence about 5% of the total national Presidential electorate.

That's not numerous enough to have any substantial impact on policy.

Wrong. Duncan Hunter had the charisma and passion of a dead fish.

There was that brief item on FR about a guy who was willing to take a lie detector test that he had “sexual relations” with BHO in the back of a limo in 1999. That story went nowhere. Just interesting that it flew out there and then died a quick death. If it had been about McCain, or Huckabee, would it have died that quickly....

I watched Bobby Jindal on CNN with Wolf this morning. Now there is someone to watch for 2012. If he has any success at all in Louisiana, that in of itself is a huge recommendation for national leadership. Was he born in the USA?

Credibility? And Huckabee does? Hunter spent his time responding to news commentators about “Why are you still in this contest” - this was from day 1. I fault Hunter for not framing himself better like Ron Paul does. Paul doesn’t put up with crap, and I wish Hunter hadn’t been so dang polite.

Thanks for the link - I’m talking about MSM legs, like what happens to Repubs when they are caught in deal-breaker situations. Haven’t seen anything about BHO on any of the websites that I read everyday, but will take a look at this video tonight.
