Bogus charge. Obama and Deval Patrick are buds, and use the same campaign talent. One of which is David Axelrod, the Karl Rove of the Dems. Worked for Richard Daley, Eliot Spitzer, John Edwards, Rahm Emanuel, Deval Patrick. A former journalist. Of course, Hillary knows this, but didn't think the rest of us knew it.

We have another thread running on the allegation that Obama is plaigerizing Deval Patrick’s speeches and campaign slogans. Turns out Obama and Deval share the same chief speechwriter.
That speechwriter is being sued by this Sinclair guy.

Now, leaping over to Deval Patrick a moment, his chief assistant is a guy under arrest for a homosexual rape against a 15 year old boy. That assistant is married to another guy.

Now, what am I supposed to think ~ we have the two highest ranking black politicians in America with what seem to be close associations with aggressive gay guys, or gay criminals, and they share a speech writer and who knows what else.

Is there a pattern to this and should we blame Hillary? Certainly she didn’t arrange for the rape.

Axelrod says he did not write the speech for either one of them. Obama has admitted he took it from Patrick. And it doesn’t matter if Patrick and him are buds and Patrick gave him permission to use it. If my buddy gives me a copy of a paper he wrote and tells me to turn it in as mine in a class, does that make it ok?

Barrie: "Well, this is what happened. The Post came to us originally and they were doing a story about how Oprah Winfrey was using our technology to screen things for her show. And the Post wanted to see an example of how our technology worked. So they took a 2005 speech from Hillary Clinton and ran it through our service. And right off the bat, we caught the speechwriter for Hillary Clinton plagiarizing. And the journalist from the Post said what else can we run through your service? And a couple weeks later as the brouhaha about Ann Coulter and what she said about the 9-11 widows was reaching its peak, the New York Post called me back and said Ann Coulter's book "Godless" is what we want to run through your system. They digitized the book and took one year of her syndicated columns and sent it over to us to analyze."

Q: "What did you find?"

Barrie: "And we found as I mentioned, found some textbook cases of plagiarism in both her syndicated columns and in the book. And after finding about three or four instances in the book and three or four instances in the column, I said look, I just had enough of reading Ann Coulter and the Post said 'That's enough for us. There's our story.' And case proven I guess."

Hillary’s campaign is considering suing Obama for plagiarism. Egged on by McCain’s economic advisor, Kevin Hassett’s contention that Obama’s economic plan “is the most shameless piece of plagiarism that I have ever seen,” Clinton’s brain-trust is reportedly weighing the option of filing a lawsuit.

“Everything in Senator Obama’s platform can be traced back to one or more of Senator Clinton’s ‘million ideas’ for America,” said Susan Lutes, attorney for the Clinton campaign. “Senator Clinton has staked out a comprehensive claim to every nuance of the nanny-state. There isn’t anything Obama can promise that she hasn’t already promised.”

Lutes threatened that “if Obama doesn’t immediately cease and desist the damages could run into the trillions of dollars.”

So I guess Obama plagarized his friend and MLK.

And MLK was himself a plagiarizer. Lots of this stuff going on in the 'Rat party.

Sorry, I don’t think one can plagiarize words that are so well known that 80% of the population can identify who said them in first place. Nice try, Hillary, but I’m afraid it’s no cigar this time!

MLK plagiarized much of his dissertation. It’s just makes them more popular to be plagiarists. Half the voters don’t know what a plagiarist is anyway.
