Ali A Timimi ...the guy working at the same place as the Russian, Alibek ...is the son of Iraqi immigrants. If they were trying to hype up the hysteria for war they would have made a point of pinning it on him very publicly. Instead everyone tiptoed around him as if he was just into paintball with boy scouts. Even when convicted on other charges and with an unusually lengthy sentence, coverage of him has been minimal at best.
