There is a great amount of interest in this year’s presidential elections, as everybody seems to recognize that our next president has to be a lot better than George Bush. The Democrats are riding high with two groundbreaking candidates — a woman and an African-American — while the conservative Republicans are in a quandary about their party’s nod to a quasi-liberal maverick, John McCain.
Each candidate is carefully pandering to a smorgasbord of special-interest groups, ranging from gay, lesbian and transgender people to children of illegal immigrants to working mothers to evangelical Christians.
There is one group no one has recognized, and it is the group that will decide the election: the Angry White Man.

I had a really good laugh listening to Rush read it on the way to work this morning. Priceless!

I love this article and was really happy that some people know who we are. Amen.
Tell me how the angry white men are going to make a difference— in a significant way, that is. None of the 4 candidates out there is worth the gas it takes for me to drive from work to my early-voting place.
What’s the difference between Obama and Hillary? [except that Hillary is far more obnoxious] What’s the difference between McQueeg and scHmuckabee? They’re both RINO’s.
I can’t see a reason to vote. Heads or tails, our country loses.
There may not be a candidate for the Angry White Man in this year’s Presidential race, beacause no matter which of the three remaining candidates wins the election this fall, they will be having U.S. Constitution toilet paper delivered to the White House by the truck load.
However, I think after four years of the nonsense which is about to be unleashed upon us, the Angry White Man, and a whole lot of other angry people, will be back with a vengeance in 2012.
I just hope and pray there will be enough left of the country and the Constitution to be worth salvaging.
