Drug cartel hit men have killed a popular Mexican singer, along with his manager and assistant, near the U.S. border, authorities said Wednesday.
Jesus Rey David Alfaro, known as the Little Rooster, is one of at least six singers of narcocorrido ballads about drug trafficking who have been slain since Mexico's drug war flared in 2006.
"We believe Alfaro had links to the Arellano Felix cartel," said an official with the Baja California attorney general's office, who declined to be named.
Alfaro's body was found last week covered with a blanket on the edge of the city, with rope marks around the neck and a gunshot wound in the head, the attorney general's office said.
A message was pinned to the body, saying, "You'll be next," a taunt aimed at the thousands of soldiers sent to Tijuana to crush the drug gangs and clean up police forces working with the cartels.

Some of those Mexican singers sing about smuggling people into the US, drug traffickers, etc. Those long ballads that us gringos hear at the taco wagons and car wash....

Same can be said for McCain. Remember that Juan Hernandez of Vicente Fox's America Reconquista Council is on McCain's payroll...and McCain is a pro-amnesty, pro-open borders liberal when it comes to selling out to the corrupt Mexican government.
Who would have thought that our esteemed Republicrat Party would have dished up another lousy candidate for president?
We had Ford, Bush I, Dole, Bush II and now McCain.
No wonder many of us wouldn't give a cent to the RNC.

That was extremely painful to watch those little children running by with their hands over their ears. I was trying to decide whether or not they were just trying to block the sounds of the gunfire or had been told to put their hands behind their heads so that they wouldn’t be mistaken for narco-trafficantes and be shot by the police. Hard to imagine mistaking a 3 foot tall four year old for a narco but ....hey. Video from Columbine showed the same thing... lines of school children running from the school with their hands behind their heads and elbows extended.
WE NEED OPEN BORDERS!!!!!!..........er...um ..never mind.

I don’t plan on setting foot in Mexico anytime soon.
