Nor was I sure what “Slobodan Milosevic’s rump” had to do with anything.

I think the “apprentice sorcerers” have to the same people as the “graying flower-children who comprise the West’s power elite”, Clinton and Blair, and other European/NATO, ‘60s era studs in office during the late 1990s who decided to bomb Serbia.
