As the US has started a trend towards tightened credit, and recession style cut backs, Mexico’s leaders have already noted a cut back of remittances back home. Mexico needs to develop itself beyond the 18th century aristocracy style economy that still encumbers it and the racism that the European blue blood Mexicans hold towards its mexican indians and mixed Mestizo peoples! America cannot save it other than through a forced annexation, with the US Constitution applied to its new Mexican territories!
