A rare instance when Bill told the truth. He IS running for re-election as “unconstitutional un-elected co-president”.

He’s already said that he’ll sit in on cabinet meetings “if Hillary asks me to”.

Hillary would have to have Bill in on every meeting so she would know at all times where he is and what he is up to.

If you listen to the tape in the beginning he says:

“Hillerree says: etc.” HE didn’t say elect HIM. He was quoting what hilllereee said.

Well, in an interesting flip, Hillary was the one who filled out Bill's papers to run for President.

That wasnt a slip. His very first words were, “Hillary says...” So to be fair he was quoting Hillary.

It's a weird clip. You're right, he does say that at the start, but then 30 seconds of wonkish whining about Bush intervenes, and by the time he says "If you elect me" I'd think most people would have forgotten that he's "quoting" Hillary. That's very badly arranged if it was a prepared speech.

The girl in the back with the upside-down Hillary sign was cute though.

Yep. Still makes for a good sound bite, though. LOL.

Yes, any fool can see that Hillary would have a difficult time keeping Billy boy, in the kitchen...

At a minimum, a freudian slip.Bill constructed his thought so as to allow himself to say, “if you elect me..”.

Even the long time gap between the sentence premise (”it’s about Hillary”) and the statement about “himself” was a subconscious proclamation of “ME!” from Bill.

That’s what makes him feel comfortable, and allows him to really SELL the audience.
