Sure. Thats why the WND reporter was allowed to attend the meeting and report on it . . . because its all a secret.
State Department officials were very open about the meeting. That's why they prevented the agenda from being published or attributing statements to specific individuals under the bogus "Chatham House Rules". Aren't all meetings conducted in a similar manner?
