These are low producing stills. I thought making a certain (I don;t know how much) was legal.

Per BATF (spit!) regulations, it's only legal to make ethanol if you are properly licensed by the federal and state government, OR if you are making the ethanol for fuel, at which point (at least in Pennsylvania) you are also required to file monthly returns of ethanol produced, along with a check for road usage taxes (at .21 per gallon used--not necessarily produced).

Nope. Beer and wine, yes, but not distilled spirits in any amount.
