Kol HaKovod means “all the respect”. Just something you say to congratulate/express support for someone or something. The other sentence means basically “strong, strong, may we be strengthened”.

P.S. Just to let you know, my transliteration skills are pretty bad in both Hebrew & Arabic as I’m not used to writing them in Latin letters.
