What about a conservative black candidate? Most blacks would not vote for him/her.I bet the right black conservative could muster 20% of the black vote for Republicans. That would be more than enough.

20% of 10% (of the voting block)... Hmmm. That’s 10% more than current levels... That means... 1%. An extra 1% in the polls... Not really worth pursuing too hard.
