you keep repeating going to this guys blog. I DON'T CARE about his reasoning. He is NOT GOD. Wow, so he has all these elegant, well reasoned statements about how "it cannot be abused." That's laughable. The real world is one of zealous prosecutors and over eager LEO abusing innocent citizens. This prof blog is absolutely irrelevant to how this FBI approach will be implemented.
