It is widely known that Lt. Phan lied on the stand at Sgt Hutchins trial, also it was Phan’s hard drive that all of a sudden “disappeared”, hmm imagine that. I asked Mark Walker in person about the allegations of a hard drive disappearing, Walker was in the courtroom the day the missing hard drive was discussed, and he dismissed this as “defense nonsense”, which is pure baloney – there was evidence on the hard drive that would prove Hutchins was following orders. Hutchins, like Wuterich, is the scapegoat for these political persecutions of out Marines and it has to stop.
Sgt. Larry Hutchins turns 24 tomorrow April 3, 2008, this will be his 2nd b-day in the brig and his 4th away from his family. Keep this brave warrior in your prayers!.
