Problem is our state governments work overcome to keep them secluded in specially segregated units. They usually don’t go into the general population because of what would happen to them.

Why only 30 minutes?

Because the typical father would have the beast dead in under 5 minutes. A slow torture would be better punishment but the passion a parent feels about such things would make that almost impossible.
