At least this guy hasn’t killed....yet.
What his jail sentence has done is given him a chance to become free someday - and he will most certainly repeat his crime, only now he has learned to not allow his victims to live.
Trust me: He will learn, in prison, how to avoid detection and how to cover his tracks. He will be put in with others like him, in a separate area, to “protect” them from the general population.
When he is released, his life will be forfeit. Bank on it. Someone will “get” him.
